Come take a look at this wonderful furnished penthouse level view home at Columbia at Schooner Bay. This well maintained beauty has river views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and main bedroom suite. It's approx. 1106 Sq. ft. of well thought out living space with a huge 1 bedroom suite and an open den with a sleeper sofa for guests as well as a hall bath. The hall bath has been completely redone and the main suites bath has been updated with a new shower with sprayer faucet, stone look waterfall tile, shampoo niches, a fold down seat and heavy duty frameless glass doors. Beautiful, but not as beautiful as the large open living room and dining room with those river views. Step outside and enjoy the views from the balcony as well. Inside you'll find easy maintenance light wood look laminate floors everywhere except the kitchen and baths that are ceramic tile. The amenities here are amazing and the association has already completed and funded its Milestone inspection and Structural Integrity Reserve Study, the two items to look for when buying a condo. Now it's time to sit back and enjoy this resort style lifestyle that will make you question what took you so long to get here.
